STM32L - ultra low power ARM Cortex-M3 based microcontroller

The STM32L MCU family, based on the Cortex-M3 core, extends the ultra-low-power portfolio in performance, features, memory size and package pin count.

The STM32L family combines very high performance and ultra-low power consumption, as a result of our proprietary ultra-low leakage process, shared with the STM8L family, and optimized architecture. The STM32L family is declined in 2 different lines, so optimizing the STM32F and STM8L families for many applications requiring performance with special care on power savings.
